About
Max is an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Max Farnon Digital LLC, based in South Florida. He is a content creator on YouTube with his channel Empower Over 50 (EO50), helping professionals over 50 navigate the second half of life with honesty, realism, and practical insight.
Earlier in his career, Max worked extensively in youth development across the UK and Europe, including roles with the Prince's Trust, British Youth Council, European Confederation of Youth Clubs, Youth Clubs UK, and Greater Manchester Youth Association. At just 19, he was invited to Kensington Palace to be thanked personally by Prince Charles (now King Charles III) for his contributions to the Prince's Trust.
Through Max Farnon Digital, Max is building tools designed to give people real control over their careers and personal growth. JASS (Job Application Support System) helps job seekers cut through the noise of modern applications, while SASS (Self-Assessment Support System) provides a structured framework for honest self-reflection and forward planning.
Max believes that the second half of life isn't a wind-down; it's a rebuild. His work centres on helping people find clarity, take action, and build something that matters.
Max is also an author. His Beginner's Guide to AI offers a simple, accessible introduction to the basics of artificial intelligence, while Coming Home After 50 is a personal account of life's tribulations and starting over. Max also writes a daily blog, which can be found at empowerover50.blog.

Music
Max studied sound engineering and music in Manchester, England, where he attended college alongside Jimi Goodwin and Jez Williams from Doves. He has recording studios at his lake house in Pennsylvania and in Florida, and has been composing music all his life. Max has also worked alongside Phil Collins, who took a personal interest in his early songwriting.
Max is related to the Farnon musical dynasty from Toronto. Robert Farnon, the renowned composer and orchestrator nicknamed "The Guv'nor" by Frank Sinatra, arranged and conducted for Sinatra and wrote the theme to the BBC's Secret Army. His brother Dennis composed the music for the Mr. Magoo cartoons. And Charmian Carr, born Charmian Farnon (Brian Farnon's daughter), played Liesl in The Sound of Music.
"Through The Years" is a collection of songs Max has written over the years, spanning decades of personal reflection and storytelling.
